We are working on getting the color Shojo back, they were once here in western Europe but dissapeared. We are getting there, though the males have quite some light colored sickles and the hens have some columbia on them.

Hen from last year, i mated her with an akasasa rooster (with a chalicecomb, what i prefer)

Last but not least...Pure Japanese akasasa girl, from a line that have very heavy faces (almost yamato like) but with very heavy saddles. Got her and her sister end this summer, so i really hope they make it through the winter to bring a lot of offspring. They're nearly moulted here.
